Specifically designed for triple acion mixing and dispersing. The robust layout allows the mixing and pre-dispersing of heavy paste products. The auger screw stirer assists with speedy incorporation of powder solids whilst the anchor stirrer moves the mass around the circumference of the vessel whilst scraping the interior vessel wall. The double saw toothed high speed dispersing blades are positioned to create an excellent dispersion of most products. To assist with the material discharge a pneumatic valve is utlised, driven by a conveying pump at the botom of the vesse. The end product can be filed directly into suitable containers ready for despatch. The unit is easily cleaned and manufactured in stainless steel facilitating the use of both solvent based and water based systems. The machine is site mounted on a steel platform.
